Images of filed documents in Will County cases are not available in iPublic. Pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court order, the Will County Circuit Clerk’s Office has partnered with i2File, a State-approved third-party vendor, to provide copies of filed court documents upon request from the members of the Public. For more information about registering for i2File and ordering copies of filed court documents, please visit the Will County Circuit Clerk’s website at Order Copies of Case Documents. You can also use the public access terminals at the main courthouse or view physical files at the main courthouse during business hours. You will be charged a fee for the documents that you request and are provided.

This site is unavailable Monday through Saturday from 11:50 pm CST until 3:00 am CST the next morning, and Sunday from 11:00 pm CST until Monday morning at 5:00 am CST.
